Finally we arrived in the Sunshine State and surprised my mother in law, she was over the moon excited to see her grandbabies and us. The day after Christmas, my husband and his stepfather were shopping around for a new set of tires and were offered a great deal. They did not realized that our tires were a custom size and unique bolt pattern until after it was purchased. We were supposed to leave on Sunday but had to wait until Monday for someone to cut the bolt pattern into the rims. Monday came and left. Tuesday the bags were packed and I’m ready to go but there was no peace with how much the van was shaking. Brought it back and the weights were off by 13 pounds. Persistent prayer saved us on this trip, we keep hitting roadblocks but I kept believing that God was going to see us through. Philippians 4:19 says And my God will supply all my needs according to his riches and glory in Christ Jesus. Don’t give up.
Here I am unable to provide for my family, unable to cover my expenses and we’re blessed with family for the holidays, money, a tire, a new set of tires and rims and a new perspective on faith. What a miracle? When we returned home I realized that the money we received for the holidays was just enough to cover our expected and unexpected expenses, no credit card required. I didn’t realize this was a Christmas miracle until weeks later but when I did boy was I grateful. God can deliver your from ANYTHING, nothing is impossible for Him, big or small, I had to build up enough courage to step out in faith in order for God to work in my life. Put Him first and He will see you through any situation or circumstance. Put your faith in Jesus today because He saves us and reveals His truth.
John 3:16-21 NIV For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds are evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God.
